Squarespace
Recruitment
Marketing.
Social, display, print, and experiential.
Lead gen, demand gen; direct response, brand awareness.
Recruitment marketing is just like B2B or B2C marketing—the product is the company and company culture, and we aren’t trying to sell it to just anyone.
Recruitment Marketing requires multiple touchpoints - applying for and taking a new job isn’t a small choice to make. You can see some examples of how the team I built and managed RM initiatives at SQSP.

SQSP Recruiting Booth at Grace Hopper
Brochures and Socks. Socks are great swag - everyone needs them, and no one packs enough!

In-office event with Debbie Millman from Design Matters in conversation with our Creative Team. "Community building" event for creatives, but really a soft recruiting event for us!

This space was phone-free and designed to give attendees some mental space to get grounded and set intentions for the weekend ahead.

Meditation experience at Grace Hopper - the sound bath practitioner is also a Squarespace customer!

We hosted a meditation event because we heard from students that conferences are overwhelming and there is no one to take a break and get off of their phones

We also had a panel with mindfulness company leaders to discuss burnout culture, slowing down, managing imposter syndrome, and more

So we designed a space that features elements from our offices like the items here

and that lended itself to conversations

The crowd was highly engaged and responded positively to the break from the hectic conference and from their phones.
