If there is one guiding principle or “higher purpose” in my life, this is it. We have more in common with each other than we think, and I believe my superpower is creating programs and environments that uncover and strengthen connections between people.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed programs and events that connect bands to their fans, candidates to the right opportunities, and employees to their employer’s culture. I’ve also built strong and engaged teams to bring these initiatives to life.

With over 10 years of experience leading employer brand teams and initiatives, I now consult for a select number of clients who are looking to establish, strengthen, or adjust their employer brands or recruitment marketing strategies.

I also spend much of my time building and managing Little Loaf Bakeshop with my partner—our small but growing vegan bakery whose purpose is to spark daily moments of joy through creative and delicious pastries.
